My background spans 20 years in fitness and wellness, 10 years in social media strategy and coaching and Network Marketing leadership.
I understand both the public-facing work of building trustand the operational work

Today, my work sits at the intersection of midlife leadership, personal branding, authority, content strategy and faith-integrated business for the Christian woman in midlife.
